<br />
1. There are three states of being. Not knowing, action and completion.<br />
2. Accept that everything is a draft. It helps to get it done.<br />
3. There is no editing stage.<br />
4. Pretending you know what you're doing is almost the same as knowing what you are doing, so just accept that you know what you're doing even if you don't and do it.<br />
5. Banish procrastination. If you wait more than a week to get an idea done, abandon it.<br />
6. The point of being done is not to finish but to get other things done.<br />
7. Once you're done you can throw it away.<br />
8. Laugh at perfection. It's boring and keeps you from being done.<br />
9. People without dirty hands are wrong. Doing something makes you right.<br />
10. Failure counts as done. So do mistakes.<br />
11. Destruction is a variant of done.<br />
12. If you have an idea and publish it on the internet, that counts as a ghost of done.<br />
13. Done is the engine of more.<br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>What we call here a Black Swan (and capitalize it) is an event with the following three attributes. First, it is an outlier, as it lies outside the realm of regular expectations, because nothing in the past can convincingly point to its possibility. Second, it carries an extreme impact. Third, in spite of its outlier status, human nature makes us concoct explanations for its occurrence after the fact, making it explainable and predictable.</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i><br />
</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><i>I stop and summarize the triplet: rarity, extreme impact, and retrospective (though not prospective) predictability. A small number of Black Swans explains almost everything in our world, from the success of ideas and religions, to the dynamics of historical events, to elements of our own personal lives.</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcET8b9eeGPEz8C34u4xpaCkyel3tY2FcectcSsf_GU1g8g5GF6ZO6kIKYs03A3N4Ttr4_3ejsmz8lbCaRT8L9wGjojMl4AnxvuANqVY-A7tncNmxyrw93EDlSKyddludMXXC5Wifi4Ok5/s1600/learning_model.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcET8b9eeGPEz8C34u4xpaCkyel3tY2FcectcSsf_GU1g8g5GF6ZO6kIKYs03A3N4Ttr4_3ejsmz8lbCaRT8L9wGjojMl4AnxvuANqVY-A7tncNmxyrw93EDlSKyddludMXXC5Wifi4Ok5/s1600/learning_model.jpg" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><br />
</span></div><br />

</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Em Where good ideas come from, Steve Johnson tenta encontrar essa resposta.
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><i><b>Que conselhos daria aos empresários para terem sucesso?</b></i></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
Escolher clientes exigentes. Não é um sprint, é uma maratona. Encarar cada «não» como uma pergunta. Ser flexível.</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><i><b>O que define e como se mede uma inovação?</b></i></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Inovar é imaginar novos futuros possíveis.
</b></i></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><i><b>Uma inovação dá sempre dinheiro?</b></i></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Não, inovar implica incerteza.

Being "luckier" in business is fundamentally about having the right LUCKY ATTITUDE. As it turns out, luck is as much about attitude as it is about probability.</b></i></div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;">E ainda, algumas citações inspiradoras:</div><div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><ul style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><li><i>Luck is probability taken personally</i></li>
<li><i>Luck is when preparation meets opportunity</i></li>
<li><i>Shallow men believe in luck or in circumstance. Strong men believe in cause and effect — Ralph Waldo Emerson</i></li>
